We have a new order process. Fill out the new form to submit an order. Purchasers will be able to provide more information regarding shipping preferences, have access to additional ways to pay, upload documents for Purchase Orders, Tax-Exempt forms, and more. This new process provides purchasers access to order online and control their preferences.

Important Shipping & Ordering Information

• All UPS orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday-Wednesday will be shipped same day via UPS Next Day Air. UPS orders placed after noon on Wednesday may ship the following Monday.
• All FedEx orders will be shipped on Tuesdays ONLY.
• All orders over $5K will be insured for half value unless you specify your preference.
• We switched to Enviro Ice, an environmentally friendly dry ice alternative. Learn more here.
• We have nexus in IN, OH, PA, MD, NC, MN, SC, and MI. If you are tax-exempt, please upload your certificate.
• For packing fee information and before placing an order please carefully read our Terms and Conditions. The shipping fee will be calculated after the package is shipped.
