We have a new order process. Fill out the new form to submit an order. Purchasers will be able to provide more information regarding shipping preferences, have access to additional ways to pay, upload documents for Purchase Orders, Tax-Exempt forms, and more. This new process provides purchasers access to order online and control their preferences.

Important Shipping & Ordering Information

• All domestic orders placed Monday through Wednesday by 12 PM EST will be shipped via Express overnight delivery.
• All international orders will be shipped on Mondays via Express delivery.
• We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays.
• All orders over $5K will be insured for half value unless you specify your preference.
• We switched to Enviro Ice, an environmentally friendly dry ice alternative. Learn more here.
• We have nexus in IN, OH, PA, MD, NC, MN, MA, and MI. If you are tax-exempt, please upload your certificate.
• For packing fee information and before placing an order please carefully read our Terms and Conditions. The shipping fee will be calculated after the package is shipped.
