CIzyme™ Collagenase HA Catalog #001-1000 is packaged to provide sufficient Wunsch and CDA activity for a human islet isolation.  Generally this is between 500 and 600 mg of protein.  The exact mass of protein is provided on individual lot certificates of analysis, but protein mass is not included as a product specification.

200 Wunsch Unit pack sizes contain approximately 50 mg of protein and the 400 Wunsch Unit pack size contains approximately 100 mg of protein.  These masses will vary depending on the specific activity of the enzyme.  Exact protein masses are provided on individual lot certificates of analysis, but they are not included on product specifications.
